FAQ's:

Q. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PASS TO CLEAN DRIVEWAYS?

We usually pass in the middle of the night to clean the end of driveways(City bump) so clients can easily exit, then do a clean up pass after a storm is over between 8:00am-4:00 pm following a storm.

Q. DO YOU SAND OR SALT DRIVEWAYS?

Yes, a sanding or salting can be done at an extra charge, give us a call for pricing, a normal driveway(2-4 spaces) would be a $50/visit charge, multi units by request.

Q. AT WHAT ACCUMULATION DO YOU SEND OUT TRACTORS?

5cms, the city will send out the road cleaning tractors only after 5 cms and we will usually follow the city.

Q. WILL YOU COME CLEAN DRIVEWAYS IF THERE IS LESS THAN 5CMS?

Lots of factors are involved in this answer, did the city pass, is it close to zero, is there freezing rain involved or will the temperature rise or lower rapidly, will there be another accumulation within 12-24hrs, but usually if less than 5 cms falls we will not come out.

Q. DO YOU OFFER A SHOVELLING SERVICE?

Yes we offer a complete driveway to front door service, starting at $200/season, email requests with your address for a detailed quote.

Q. WHAT IF I HAVE A TEMPO/COVERED DRIVEWAY, CAN I GET A BETTER PRICE?

No, sorry, we offer a base price for minimum (1-4) cars driveway of $149.99 +tax.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Snow removal will be done soon after accumulation reaches 5cm.
  • With this contract the client authorizes the contractor to install markers at the driveway entrance and on property to mark obstacles.
  • This contract has no maximum snowfall accumulation and is valid from November 1st 2022 to April 15th 2023.
  • It is the customers responsibility to mark any and all objects that could be damaged during snow removal, the Contractor is not responsible for any reasonable damage done to stairs, sidewalks, houses that have not been marked and are hidden to the drivers eye.
  • Stakes will be removed by contractor as soon as possible at end of season around 15 April 2023.
  • SLOPED ENTRANCES must be maintained ice free with salt or abrasive products by the CUSTOMER, the contractor will decide on the day of removal if it’s too dangerous to clean driveway due to icy conditions. The contractor is not responsible for any damage done due to icy conditions. Salting and/or sanding can be done at an extra charge, contact contractor for more details.
  • $50 fee will be charged for any nsf cheques.
  • No abuse of drivers or phone operators will be tolerated.
  • Snow removal equipment is dangerous, clients cannot contact drivers or come within 20’(6 meters) of an operating tractor.
  • The contract can be cancelled at any time due to any abuse or harassement with no refund.
  • Contractor reserves the right to refuse any business.
  • Please remove cars from driveways between 8am to 4pm after a storm so we can easily access driveways and do a full driveway clearing, Contractor will not enter driveways that have not been emptied and/or giving us at least a 3’ clearance between vehicles and markers. Contractor will not return to clean driveways that were not cleared between those hours. Driveways that were not cleared due to cars or obstacles remaining between those hours will only be cleared at the next storm.
